Curriculum

Reading/Writing

Even our youngest learners enjoy putting crayon to paper. What often starts as scribbling ends up being important clues to a child’s understanding that print carries meaning. Give kids lots of opportunity to practice!

Math/Science

Young children have foundational competence in mathematics and science before they begin formal schooling.Children are motivated to explore mathematical and scientific concepts they encounter in their everyday interactions with the world.

Art

Painting, coloring, sculpting, drawing, and other forms of creative art are an important part of the child care curriculum. Creating art supports young children’s development across several different domains.

Critical Thinking

Critical thinking happens when children draw on their existing knowledge and experience, as well as on their problem-solving skills, to do things like: Compare and contrast. Explain why things happen. Evaluate ideas and form opinions.

What Our Families Are Saying

I seriously love Tree of Life. My son had a hard time with the last daycare, but since we started Tree of Life, he asks to go even on the days he isn't scheduled to go!

Highly recommended!!!

I have a very demanding child with a sensitivity to noise. She has always struggled in daycares until I brought her to Tree of Life. She loves going to school and loves her "Teacher." This is one of the greatest childcare centers in town!

I love love love Tree of Life! I never knew what my daughter was capable of learning at such a young age until bringing her to Tree of Life. I would recommend anyone to bring their child here 1 million times over!
